Great news, guys! My Generation has been picked up by ABC. Noah Hawley tweeted the following: As you may have heard the show has been renamed "My Generation." off to celebrate. More soon. Are you excited? I sure am! This means that Mehcad will be back on our TV every week in September! |

Today, I added various candids of Mehcad. I'm normally against paparazzi pictures but as you can see, Mehcad is smiling on most of the pictures and doesn't seem to mind the paparazzis. As long as Mehcad doesn't clearly state his opinion on the issue, I will keep posting that kind of pictures.

From Variety: But the main attraction for the talent is still the league, itself, which wraps up its current 15-week season on Saturday with a series of events, including a championship game, All-Star game and 3-Point Shoot-Out from the Crossroads School in Santa Monica. Competitors will include Jamie Foxx, Zach Levi and Dean Cain. Mehcad Brooks, Casper Van Dien, "Modern Family's" Ty Burrell and producer Christopher Lloyd play for the top-ranked Phoenix team. Leonardo Di Caprio, Jim Carrey, Tobey Maguire, Adam Sandler and Ethan Hawke have also played in the past. |

Things are looking great for Mehcad! Not only has he shot a pilot for Generation Y, he has now been cast in horror indie film Lockjaw. The movie will be written and directed by Fred M. Andrews. Mehcad will play a Navy Seal back from the Middle East whose fiancee (Serinda Swan) will be kidnapped by Lockjaw, a creature living in Louisana and that's worshipped by the locals. Also in the movie is Sid Haig playing Chopper and Daniel Bernhardt starring as the creature itself, along with Amanda Fuller, Dillon Casey and Lauren Schneider. Production (headed by Sid Sheinberg, Bill Sheinberg and Jon Sheinberg via Bubble Factory) will start in Baton Rouge this Saturday! |
